Delivery & Returns Policy

Standard Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched the working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day. This does not include weekends and bank holidays.

All orders are despatched using Royal Mail 48 Tracked service, and the standard delivery charge is £3.99. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirming this along with relevant tracking information.

From October to December, please allow additional delivery time due to the start of a busy festive season with Royal Mail.


Unfortunately we can only accept returns if a product is faulty or damaged. If there has been no error on our part, we will only be able to refund the cost the of the product, not the delivery charge. If the goods are incorrect or damaged, please contact us straight away so we can amend the issue. We may ask you to send pictures of the goods.

Returned goods must be sent by the customer in suitable packaging (original packaging preferred) and the return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.

A refund will be issued once we receive the goods.
